Krumkake Recipe
3 eggs
½ cup sugar
6-7 teaspoons butter
1 cup flour
Dash of Cardamom (optional)
3-4 tablespoons cold water
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Add melted butter, flour, water and cardamom if using.
Place one teaspoon of dough on the iron.
Bake until light brown.
While still warm shape the cookie around the cone or roll it using a small cup.
